Current Achievements 2004/2005/2006:

• 2005 Qualified for the Commonwealth Games in the 200m and 4x100m relay
• 2005 NZ 100m and 200m Champion (10.53 and 20.88sec)
• 2005 Australian U23 200m champion (21.16sec)
• 2005 Member of the NZ 4x100m record breaking team (first NZ team to break 39sec – 38.99)
• 2005 4th in the Australian open 200m (21.04)
• 2004 Member of the NZ 4x100m relay team
• 2004 2nd in the New Zealand 200m (21.09)
• 2003 NZ U20m 100m record holder (10.48)

Goals

• 2006 - To make the final and run a New Zealand record in both the 200m and 4x100m relay at the Commonwealth Games. I also want to defend both of my sprint titles at the New Zealand Championships and win the 200m at the Australian Championships.
• 2007 – To make the final of the 200m at the World Championships in Tokyo
• 2008 - To make the final of the 200m at the Olympic Games in Beijing
